TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Grassroots to Glory Ltd
and
All Users of the Grassroots to Glory Platform

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is made between Grassroots to Glory Ltd, a company incorporated in England and all Users who access or utilise the services provided through the Grassroots to Glory platform.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using the Grassroots to Glory platform, the Users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the Users do not agree to these terms, they must not use the platform.

3. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Users may use the platform operated by Grassroots to Glory and to specify the percentage fee that the Company will receive if certain conditions are met by the Users.

4. SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY

The Company agrees to provide the following services to the Users:

An online platform to connect players with scouts, agents, and professional clubs.

Tools and resources to enhance the Users' visibility and opportunities in the professional football landscape.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS

The Users agree to:

a. Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and using the platform.

b. Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using the platform.

c. Act in a professional and ethical manner at all times when interacting with the platform, other users, and third parties.

6. FEE STRUCTURE AND PAYMENT TERMS

The Users agree that if they achieve any of the following conditions through connections or opportunities facilitated by Grassroots to Glory and its platform, they will pay the Company a percentage fee of their total gross earnings:

a. Football league Contract: If a User signs a professional contract with a club in the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, or Bundesliga, the User shall pay Grassroots to Glory a fee equivalent to 12% of the User's total gross earnings from that contract.

b. Other Leagues: If a User signs a professional contract with a club in any other league, the User shall pay the Company a fee equivalent to 6% of the User's total gross earnings from that contract.

c. Payment Terms: All fees are payable within 30 days of the User receiving payment from the club or other relevant party. Users authorise the relevant club or organisation to pay the fee directly to Grassroots to Glory where possible.

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement may be terminated under the following conditions:

By Grassroots to Glory, if the User breaches any of the terms of this Agreement or engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct. 

Grassroots to Glory reserves the right to terminate access to the platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality on the Grassroots to Glory platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without the prior written consent of the Company.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

Grassroots to Glory and the Users agree to keep all confidential information relating to professional opportunities and negotiations private and will not disclose such information to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The platform and all services provided are offered "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Grassroots to Glory does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Grassroots to Glory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. AMENDMENTS

Grassroots to Glory reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The Users will be notified of any changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Grassroots to Glory and the Users and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

By using the Grassroots to Glory platform, the Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
