Who We Are
Meet the founder
Grassroots to Glory was founded by a fellow grassroots parent. After experiencing how difficult it was to give his child the opportunity to be scouted, Digesh made it his mission to make it easier, especially for children from underrepresented backgrounds. His passion for grassroots football led to Grassroots to Glory.
Meet the team
Our team is headed by our Business Development Manager Phil. Phil was a semi-pro footballer and knows better than anyone about the competitive world of football. His inside knowledge of the game and his unwavering love for the sport helps us make Grassroots to Glory the perfect platform for players.
